We first met Joe 15 years ago when he was recommended to us as agent to help us find a place in Waterlefe. Joe hired an excellent photographer and videographer, resulting in top notch online listing photos which literally showed our home in its best light (the photographer returned the following morning so that the front of the house could be photographed in full sunlight). Joe used multiple marketing vehicles and platforms to give the home maximum exposure. He was aggressive in a good way about reaching out to other agents to market the property and follow-up on buyer interest. Joe is also willing to conduct frequent open houses, which is what ultimately led to the sale of our home.
