Every inquiry - whether written or vmail - was answered quickly and thoroughly. Be assured that YOU are the most important person in the whole world at that moment. Julie and Pat worked nonstop to market our house in such a way so as to reach every person on every media platform. They guided us as far as how to prepare the house for sale, it’s true worth in $$$, fostered reasonable expectations, provided emotional support in difficult circumstances, checked in frequently, acted as a first defense against unreasonable offers, offered knowledgeable insight regarding market fluctuations, and to Julie and Pat, it was about us; not them - at all times. We were also comforted by the fact that we had two people working as a team to sell our home - two professionals working for us. Who wouldn’t want that? It was a perfect scenario. We would clearly use them again and again, they performed above and beyond our expectations.
