Julie and Pat worked nonstop to market our house in such a way so as to reach every person on every media platform. They guided us as far as how to prepare the house for sale, it’s true worth in $$$, fostered reasonable expectations, provided emotional support in difficult circumstances, checked in frequently, acted as a first defense against unreasonable offers, offered knowledgeable insight regarding market fluctuations, and to Julie and Pat, it was about us; not them - at all times. We were also comforted by the fact that we had two people working as a team to sell our home - two professionals working for us. Who wouldn’t want that? It was a perfect scenario. We would clearly use them again and again, they performed above and beyond our expectations.
