I found April Green from diligent research through Google, Yelp and Rate My Agent. All the reviews were so complimentary I was intrigued. Before I chose my realtor I interviewed 4 different people/real estate companies. I chose April because she listened, she was realistic about the value vs. current real estate market, and she seemed eager to get the listing and I took a leap of faith. I'm so glad, I chose her. Her attention to detail through out the process was fantastic. She gave me step by step advise and support. She advocated well during negotiations and went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. If I am ever in the market for property again in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area, I wouldn't hesitate to use April. 100% worth every penny.

We stumbled on a sign for a house that April's company had listed and reached out and explained our overly complicated situation. April then showed us houses that were within a budget we were looking for, and none of the houses were that metaphorical "one". She had suggested newer construction which I had been hesitant about at first, but she encouraged us just to even look. By the end of the day we were already seeing numbers and possibilities. Not only did she guide us in a fantastic direction, but she had made the trip 40 or more minutes just to be here with us and make sure everything was right. She was even able to negotiate a better price for us than what was listed. I would HIGHLY and I cannot express it enough, that she was and is fantastic to work with.

Lindsey knowledge, communication and professionalism were shown again and again from our home search to our final closing. We were purchasing a home out of our current state of residence so targeted two weeks for our search. Lindsey shared properties meeting our criteria and then visited dozens of homes with us sharing so many key details about the Florida market. Once we decided to make an offer, she was able to complete the documentation within a day. After our initial offer was declined without a counter offer, she continued to follow up with the sellers agent to try to find an acceptable offer for both parties. We were so excited when an offer was structured to move to close! Part of the offer was closing in a few short weeks.
