April then showed us houses that were within a budget we were looking for, and none of the houses were that metaphorical "one". She had suggested newer construction which I had been hesitant about at first, but she encouraged us just to even look. By the end of the day we were already seeing numbers and possibilities. Not only did she guide us in a fantastic direction, but she had made the trip 40 or more minutes just to be here with us and make sure everything was right.
