April is a true professional. She worked very hard to keep us informed about new properties that came on the market and which properites would allow our two big dogs. We had very specific needs and she was able to help us find the perfect place. April also helped us through the sale and after the sale in many ways. I found April randomly through Zillow and it was the best experience we could have asked for. We live out of town and were buying a vacation/rental property. April went above and beyond. She was always accessible, she responded immediately, was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. When we came in town, she took us to see what was available, even though there was not a lot on the market in our price range, she did a great job of showing us different areas and options. Once we found our place, she really advocated for us and made the sale happen. I did not know what to expect with buying out of town, but I can't imagine that anyone could have made it any easier or more pleasant. I highly recommend April and would definitely use her again if ever in the market down the road!
HIGHLY recommend April if you are looking for a realtor. April is incredible! April will fight for you and make you feel like a VIP regardless if you are buying a $5k house or a $50 MILLION house. April not only heard what we wanted, showed us what we asked to see, gave us her unbiased- honest opinions without ever trying to sway us, made sure we were being taken care of and getting the best experience possible.. but she also tended to our mental health. I would have made many bad decisions and had many break downs if not for this amazing lady! It is very evident that she truly loves what she does, has a talent unlike most and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience. You won't find anyone who will work as hard for you as April does and getting to know her a little is just a wonderful added bonus!
