Barb helped me through a very difficult time. I live out of state, father passed and mom went to cognitive care. Since I am POA, I had to make all decisions from afar; she made sure everything was explained thoroughly and kept constant communication. Very responsive on a difficult deal with a 1031 exchange with a kick out clause for a property that needed to be sold to purchase the property

I had a property owned by me and two brothers. We lived in three different states and only I was half a year in Florida. Our property needed several fixes before it could be sold and I wasn’t always able to be on sight. Jo-Lee helped with numerous issues In construction,obtaining necessary items from the condo association and others. We could not have put it on the market without her!Then she sold it quickly. A great experience! I can’t recommend Jo-Lee any higher. A great person to boot.
