I have worked with a lot of different realtors and none have come remotely close to the level of service and hard work that Angela Adams provided! We had our house on and off the mkt for 2 years. Angela was the 4th ( and last) realtor we used in that process. Angela clearly presented us with a real plan that despite the environment would help us sell our house. She provided info on our remodel numerous times with the clear knowledge that we may not even hire her! Well, we did hire her, and it was one of the best decisions I made! She planted trees to help the view, staged the house and helped manage the remodel process as well as helping out with the maintenance as we did not live there at the time. She or her team also showed up for every showing, which is rare, to provide her input to potential buyers! She helped out with everything we needed and got the house sold for a good price! There is no better realtor in the area, and I will recommend her to whoever will listen!

Miss Trexler was our sales agent. We went with her all over the place for search of the property in this small peace of land - Sarasota. She is very professional, She knows how to approach any situation on the way. How to deal with everyone who involved in sale of particular properties, if You, as a buyer interested and want to know more details. We visit Sarasota several times (we are from NY) before we found what we wanted. Miss Trexler was very helpful and patient with us, until the very end. She helped to arrange places to stay in the town, since we new to the area she showed us good restaurants and food stores, places to visit when we was free from searching of the house. I and my family enjoyed every moment with Larisa and become friends for years ahead. Highly recommend, never will regret.

Jeff previously handled selling our house and he did a terrific job doing so. He also represented me in purchasing my new house and I couldn’t be happier with the service (and the house). Jeff negotiated a good deal on the house, attended all inspections, and made sure the builder was on top of items that needed to be addressed.
