First rate agent and first rate experience

We hired Larry to sell our home after it had been on the market for five months with a different agent. It was apparent at our first meeting that he knows the Sarasota and surrounding areas better than anyone else we had contacted. He sold our home in 3 days! We had multiple legitimate offers from qualified buyers and Larry was able to negotiate the best price for our home. His marketing skills are incredible. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him in the first place. His years of experience made all the difference in our ability to get a good price for our home. We are recommending him to everyone we know!
