Having had a great experience working with Joe & Missy Cleary's office when we purchased our Sarasota condo 9 years ago, we of course returned to them when it was time to sell it. Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse - prices falling post-hurricane and with all the insurance issues complicating the game.
