They were always available, they were very good listeners, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my severely damaged home to market. Having had a great experience working with Joe & Missy Cleary's office when we purchased our Sarasota condo 9 years ago, we of course returned to them when it was time to sell it. Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse - prices falling post-hurricane and with all the insurance issues complicating the game. But Joe did a great job of advising us, managing expectations, and keeping our spirits up throughout the process. He knows the area well and is a great communicator.
