He and Charles Totonis from his team are by far the BEST of the best of the realtors in the area (Sarasota County, Manatee County). They sold our brand new Stock home in a heartbeat to a great price, even though there was heavy competition from the builders in that community still under development. Not an easy task. Another realtor from a prestigious luxury realtor group in that area failed completely ! He made the whole search and buying process a fun adventure and really took the time to get to know us.
