Angela was a great representative for selling our home. We live in Ma. And our mobile home is in Sarasota,Fl. She handled it right to the last day of the sale. We would use her again.

Being in Ohio and buying in FL was a great experience with Renee She was informed and on top of things that needed addressed with the 55 and older community where we bought which was all new to us She never made me feel like my contact via call or whatever was a bother and I heard back from her promptly. It felt like she went above and beyond what was required of her to make this a nice experience for us And I would certainly recommend her!!

I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos. And that she did. We sold the 1 bedroom through Heidi while my father was still alive. That left the studio condo that was transferred into mine and my wife's names. Thank goodness Heidi picked out a fantastic tenant that continued renewing their lease so we could keep it rented. As time passed and after a couple of hurricanes, my wife and I wanted to put the studio on the market just to be done with it. Monthly maintenance fees kept going up each year, but we kept the rent the same. Special assessments took a huge hit on us. At the beginning of 2025, we listed it. No offers. Took it off the market and listed it again this year at a huge discount. One day our home furnace needed replaced at a substantial expense. That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.

Charlotte was amazing to work with...so knowledgeable and super personable! She was always easy to get a hold of, and was so patient with us and all of our questions as we navigated unfamiliar territory. I very much appreciated her expertise, and never felt any pressure to do things in a way that was not comfortable for us. She meets you where you are and helps in every way she can! It was an absolute pleasure of working with Dante. Everything he said he would do was done professionally on time and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of I would highly recommend using him.

There is not one thing I can say that is bad about my experience with him. My mother was trying to purchase a home in FL while staying in Puerto Rico. He walked us through everything. My mother was having an issue getting a hold of the HOA, he jumped in the car and drove an hour out of his way to speak to someone in person. Then, he drove back to hand them a money order, which he fronted secondary to she and I not being local to do so. Negotiations went smooth and any melt down I had from being overwhelmed, he handled like a PRO! At the end of it all. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the info and attention that was needed to complete the sale. Even was able to save my mom money. She paid less than the asking rate and hooked her up with a home warranty to cover anything that could break in the next year. Definitely will meet back up with him in the future when I am ready to be a part time FL resident again. I cannot thank him enough for his generosity and calm demeanor while dealing with my family drama that came up during the whole process. I still owe him some "salted garlic" when I come back down.
