He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. Real estate purchases are generally not a pleasant experience when it comes to providing all the myriad and detailed responses the buyer must provide. Keith handled this in the most professional way we have ever experienced! His attention to detail and ability to head off problem areas before they began were remarkable! He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements.
