ZIAD M. SLEIT A native of Lebanon and one of nine children, Ziad Sleit and his older brother, at the prompting of their parents and to escape the civil war, were sent to the United States to pursue their higher education. Ziad earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College, in Ohio, where he majored in Accounting and Economics and went on to earn his MBA degree from Wright State University also in Ohio. In doing so, not only did he graduate with honors but also earned the distinction of being the youngest student to graduate from both universities. In 1984, after spending a number of years in the hotel industry in Texas, Ziad decided to make Sarasota home along with some of his family who missed living on the Mediterranean Sea and decided the Gulf of Mexico was the next best thing! He launched an Office Automation Systems business with his brother and their hard work paid off. After a successful run of 13 years, they sold the business and Ziad entered the field of real estate. Never afraid of a challenge, Ziad began buying land, building homes and selling them himself. This process allowed him to see that residential real estate was the perfect fit for him. In 2003 Ziad put all of his efforts into being a luxury real estate agent and quickly rose to the top of his company winning nearly every award possible for high achievers. Carolyn and Sotheby's - professional, seasoned, knowledgeable, customer-focused.

Carolyn Collins is an extraordinary real estate agent who listened to and understood what we wanted in our home. She adjusted her schedule to meet with us any time and any place; gave honest advice on improvements that a house might need; understood house utilities, and referred us to expert house inspection firms and other services, all with a genuinely positive, upbeat attitude. She and her colleagues accurately communicated our requests to the seller's broker and made sure all the open items were swiftly addressed. Importantly, she understood and explained the complicated real estate purchase and closing process to us which allayed our concerns. Sotheby's has a great team, including Roberta and others, who sent us houses to look at through an easy-to-use portal. Best Agents Ever

These agents were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. I honestly learned a lot during the entire buying process with the help of these fantastic agents. They always knew what I wanted without even having to ask and that took a lot of the pressure off my fiancé and myself. Could have asked for better agents to go through the home buying process with.

Outstanding Realtor, the BEST of the Best

Joe Harris and his team did an outstanding job selling our home in Lakewood Ranch. He and Charles Totonis from his team are by far the BEST of the best of the realtors in the area (Sarasota County, Manatee County). They sold our brand new Stock home in a heartbeat to a great price, even though there was heavy competition from the builders in that community still under development. Not an easy task. Another realtor from a prestigious luxury realtor group in that area failed completely ! They have extremely good market knowledge, outstanding sales techniques, they are 100% honest sincere and credible. Our next sale is with them again ! Naturally ! Joe Harris is with Sotheby’s since a long time ago, not with Keller Williams as shown here. Sotheby’s is a world class network with Gold Medal Marketing and global reach !

Kim Ide was amazing from the very beginning.

Kim Ide was great. She knew I am was going to be an out of town buyer which meant more responsibility working with me. She made wonderful recommendation for services, attended the walk through and closing on my behalf. She did a lot of research for me since I was out of town. She was very patient as I asked a thousands questions, asked her to resend emails and explain things to me more than once. I trusted her from the very beginning and that is so important while going through the condo buy journey. I would highly recommend Kim Ide to anyone and everyone.
