He worked at getting us what we wanted. Arrived at every showing and inspection. Listened and met our needs. Our first realitier tried to get us to settle for far less than we wanted. A little background first, my wife and I had an horrible experience with our first realtor. Our first realtor was pushy, always pushed her listings on to us, and had scheduling conflicts. We fired her. We went with another realtor and it was the same issue, so we backed out of looking for a house due to realtor issues and market uncertainty. We were nervous about entering the housing market again, knowing we had to compete with the whole world and of course market uncertainty.
