From our first meeting, I could tell we hit the jackpot with Bob. He was prepared that very first meeting with printouts on other condos nearby, and even gave us a tour that night of one nearby to help us decide on a fair asking price. The professional photographer he sent to take photos for the listing was amazing. He even set us up with a wonderful estate sale person(who came to meet us) and carpet cleaning company in case we needed them(which we did). We lived about 375 miles away and there are so many worries trying to sell from afar. Well, you have no worries if Bob is your realtor. When we left to go home, I had confidence that Bob would do his best for us and, believe me, worrywart is my middle name. He quickly had an open house from which our buyer emerged! Bob kept us informed on the process every step of the way, and even set up the closing very close to the hotel we were staying at. He answered every question I had along the way and returned every text and phone call immediately. He sent copies of all documents being generated in the process and helped me through the "docusign" procedure which was new to me, but a godsend when you live far away. I almost feel Bob is a family member now. With all the sadness my family experienced with the passing of my father, Bob was our advocate, our shining light!!

Bob was knowledgeable about the market. He held 2 open houses and gave feedback each time. Had good suggestions and the property was sold quickly. He was courteous and experienced. Would highly recommend.
