We were match up with Jon as part of a relocation package through my husband's new job. We felt like we hit the jackpot! Jon was very quick to respond to text messages and calls. He gave excellent and honest advice on individual houses, the market and the buying process. He had great suggestions and recommendations every step of the way as well as made himself available even at the last minute as houses, we were interested in became available. Jon proved very knowledgeable about various aspects of housing issues and conditions (foundation, water damage, siding, etc.) as well as costs to repair or replace that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids areas with information that helped us become acclimated with our new hometown! Jon walked us through the process of purchasing our new home and kept us well informed throughout each step. We would highly recommend!

John has gone so above and beyond for us anytime we have used him as our realtor. He helped us secure our forever home (for a great price!) He also helped us sell our home for way more than we ever anticipated being able to sell it for. 8 years ago he did the same thing. Other realtors said they could get us way less than he could. So happy we went with him and made such a large profit. He knows what he is doing and will get you top dollar if he is your realtor. He will also negotiate to get you the best price on a home purchase. He is always on top of it whenever we reach out with any questions and responds right away. He will always be our recommendation and we would give him 10 stars if we could!
