Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family! Trustworthy is hard to find these days and Josh and his team are that!

Boni and I got connected by accident, but I don't really believe it was an accident. It was really meant to be. As my first time ever going through this process, I had so many questions and concerns and it was not an easy process, but Bonnie kept it together and really showed me that she was on my team and that I could trust her through this process that she had my best interest at Hearts. I'm so glad we got connected and I highly recommend Bonnie as the best experience I could've had buying a house.

Professional and market knowledgeable

After making the decision to move it was time to find a real estate agent. We were given several recommendations. We contacted each agent recommended to us. Cindy shone above the rest due to her personal touch and knowledge of the area and market. She spent time talking to us and listening. She followed up with personalized communication and didn’t send the basic follow up “form letter “ with our name filled in. We were purchasing our home while living out of the country. Needless to say that was a lot of extra work for her. She previewed homes, sent videos, and kept us current when a new property came up. We found our perfect home and her service continued to be exemplary! Throughout the entire experience her communication with us was impeccable. She helped us every step of the way and never left our side. We were not just clients… she truly cared that we find the perfect home for us. Cindy is the example of what the perfect real estate agent looks like💫
