And of course, then we come to having a buyer on hand and the importance of calm, unemotional negotiations. Here's where adulting in today's America can be more fun for everyone involved. Saving irrelevant opinions and reactions for another time and space during negotiations is crucial for the process, as I observed Sheila and her company working.
