Renata excelled in all areas. She was in contact before we moved down, knew what we were looking for, and found it. She was instrumental in our successful offer and closing. Kim went out of her way to keep the garden weeds and swimming pool in excellent condition. Called immediately when any issue was identified. Held multiple open house events. Advised when to alter ask price as time and market stats dictated. Communication was challenging, as many times it was not clear - using generic terms (it, they, when) instead of specifics. Last question was: "What time is the cclosing?" Must have asked four times and never got an answer. At closing, I lost well over $100,000 from original price.
