Jan is a trooper!
This was a challenging transaction which did not need to be (because condominium) and Jan communicated consistently and nursed us all through the many twists and turns to get to closing and move-in. Would work with Jan again in a heartbeat!

Thank you John! This transaction certainly had twist and turns. Thank goodness we made it to a successful closing. Take care and hope to talk soonš
