Tom knows the market well as a real estate agent as well as a property manager. When it was time to sell the house, he explained everything that needed to be done before putting it on the market, what made the most sense based on the house itself as well as any costs involved to make it look its best. When offers came in, when there was a counteroffer, he always gave us not just the amount, but why it was a good offer or not; if we should accept, decline or counteroffer.
