Ashley is a Sarasota native, raised in Nokomis just off Casey Key and has grown as a top producer in Real Estate over the last few years. With a focus on Florida relocation and first time home buyers, she has gained a lot of experience with those who are planning their retirement or just simply trying to escape northern winters and move to the sunshine. Whether that is educating her customers about how to establish Florida residency, connecting them with local resources, or simply suggesting where to find the best burger in town, she likes to call herself more of a "professional Realtor tour guide" rather than one who just opens the door! Having grown up on the Gulf Coast, her enthusiam about our area is one that her customers say "truly shines!"
Before becoming a Realtor, Ashley gained her experience working for a local Marketing company as their Office and Property Manager where she gained a great deal of experience working on commercial leases, managing two large commercial buildings and building positive tenant and employee relationships. To say she is an expert at juggling multiple hats at once would be an understatement and that is a great asset to have as a Realtor. Ashley's passion for helping others along with her "go getter" personality and her degree from the University of Tampa in Advertising and Communications has served her well in Real Estate as she has developed positive relationships with both her customers and local vendors in town.
To counterbalance her busy working life, Ashley loves to enjoy Sarasota's gorgeous beaches and events in the area. When her realtor hat is off, she can be found chasing two little guys who call her mom. She enjoys sneaking away on the boat for picnics with her family at some of our local sand bars or restaurants on the water! Ashley is passionate about health & fitness, a Disney fanatic, loves to cook and enjoys giving back to her community!
