He was always there when we needed him to answer a question or maybe to make a visit to the condo.

Mitch was very responsive and dependable. He showed excellent knowledge of the market but allowed us to make the decisions even when we were being unreasonable. He was always pleasant and cooperative which we appreciated since we were out-of-state most of the time that the condo was on the market.
