Joe was a listing agent for a non-typical property purchase of a boat rack position at a marina. He was extremely helpful in manuevering the process and educating me and keeping me informed of the progress of the transaction. Great guy to work with!

No two ways about... Joe Cleary is a straight shooter with strong work habits, especially over-communicating through the often difficult transaction process. Good local resources and knowledge, good information, good advice, and abundant goodwill. I award him top marks for professionalism, and gratitude for his generous friendship. Representing buyer and seller together, he served honorably and with distinction. Excellent value!

We started our relationship with Joe & Missy over thirteen years ago when they sold us our Siesta Key condo! It was only fitting that they sold it for us 12 years later! They were not just our agents, but our friends! We faced several obstacles during the process with post hurricane hurdles and documentation. They helped navigate the process with recommendations and guidance! I highly recommend Missy and Joe to anyone buying or selling real estate in Siesta Key and the greater Sarasota area! There’s none better!

Working with Mitchell was a great experience from start to finish. He showed me so many properties and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, never making me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable, both in finding the right condo and during negotiations. Buying a home can be stressful, but Mitchell made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. Having a realtor who is so knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping his clients made all the difference. I’m so grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

From start to finish, our experience with Mitch Roberts was effortless and seamless. His pictures of our property were very well done, his knowledge of the current market was spot on, along with his ability to promote the property, itself. Mitch was in constant communication with us throughout, arranged all the items of the closing, including getting us through the title process and a getting a notary. We do not live in the same area of the condo we were selling, and Mitch took care of everything for us from afar. He is such a pleasure to work with. Mitch was also our rental agent over the years, and, again took care of finding renters, cleaners, and was there for spot repairs. You can't ask for a better agent, renting or selling. Thank you, Mitch, for all your hard work. We have been lucky and blessed to have you as our agent for all.

Mitch was very responsive and dependable. He showed excellent knowledge of the market but allowed us to make the decisions even when we were being unreasonable. He was always pleasant and cooperative which we appreciated since we were out-of-state most of the time that the condo was on the market.

Angela is competent, professional and responsive. She communicates beautifully. Whether buying or selling she understands market dynamics and provides excellent advice. From assessing the market, to securing inspections through to a successful close, Angela manages the process seamlessly. She knows all the right vendors -- electricians, plumbers and handymen which is invaluable when you are new to Sarasota as we were. This past year, Angela found us our dream home and sold our beach front condo in a very challenging market. I would highly recommend Angela to help you achieve your real estate goals. She is simply "the best" -- two thumbs way up!

Working with Angela was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Selling our mother’s home in Florida while living in Canada could have been overwhelming, but Angela made the entire process remarkably smooth. From the very beginning, communication was exceptional. We were kept informed every step of the way, and every question was answered promptly and thoughtfully. She paid close attention to every detail, ensuring nothing was overlooked. What truly impressed us was how far she went beyond the traditional role of a real estate agent. She didn’t just sell the house—she helped us manage the enormous task of clearing out our mother’s belongings, coordinating countless details on our behalf when we couldn't be there. Her willingness to step in and help with whatever was needed was invaluable. Throughout it all, she remained positive, professional and incredibly resourceful. We always felt that our family’s best interests were her priority. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate professional.

Angela Adams exceeded every expectation we had and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless from beginning to end. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly sets her apart is how genuinely invested she is in her clients. Angela was always available to answer questions, provide honest guidance, and advocate for our best interests. She communicated clearly throughout every step of the process, anticipated potential challenges before they became problems, and handled every detail with confidence and care. What impressed us most was her commitment to going above and beyond. She didn’t just help us sell a home, she made us feel like we were her top priority. Her integrity, work ethic, and dedication are second to none. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly exceeds expectations in every way, we cannot recommend Angela Adams highly enough. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and we would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate professional.
