What do you do, when your elderly mother, who lives 4 hours away, loses her lifelong spouse and has made the tough decision to relocate near one of her children? Unless you experience this, you don't realize how stressful this is. While dealing with my mothers situation, I leaned on Jeanne to work her Magic and she hit the ground running! Not only did we need a place but it had to be in the vicinity of a supermarket. While I was away, figuring everything out the move, Jeanne was on the other end tirelessly looking and facetiming me from various locations. Once we chose a place (that we loved) it was not over. Jeanne is true professional who is meticulous, relentless, "thorough", compassionate and loving. I have recommended her to family and friends and they all walk away feeling the way we do!
