When I was introduced to Jeanne by a friend virtually, I knew I had found a jewel. She communicated with me regularly and answered every question I had promptly. Based on my criteria, she sent me homes to look at and then suggested other possibilities after she got the taste of my personality. When I visited Venice to look at properties, she showed me a range of my likings. My early virtual opinion of her was not only true, it was even more than I expected. She knows her stuff!
