As an out-of-state buyer, I was unable to view all the properties I considered. Debra went above and beyond to make it possible to see anything I was interested in, touring homes for me on FaceTime and providing feedback on each property based on what was important to me. Debra worked tirelessly to find the best property and work on my behalf to negotiate a contract. After the contract was signed, Debra continued to be in contact with me on a regular basis. She followed up on every detail to make certain that closing was scheduled and timely. There were some things to attend to after closing and Debra helped in every way. My husband and I were quite impressed with Erica's knowledge and professionalism in real estate. She listened to our wants and needs in and guided us through the process of purchasing a villa in the Venice/Sarasota area. In a few days visit she showed us many options within our price range, from used to new. When we narrowed it down to two places, she would remember to ask the difficult questions that we would not have thought about. Erica also researched one of the properties further, because I had concern over a flood zone. Erica was thorough in every aspect.
