She worked quickly to come up with supporting numbers for our listing and took the time to discuss and understand what we would consider a favorable outcome and how we could get there. Mike was recommended from a co-worker and we took a chance. It was a great experience from his communication to the hours he put in for us. Moving from out of state we had a lot to learn here in Florida. Mike was great at explaining all the nuances vs our old state. He did a great job with us helping to find a lawyer and loan as well. We really wish he was able to be our realtor in NC but 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. 100% would use Mike for every real estate transaction.
