Karie came to us highly recommended by our best friends in Sarasota. The woman who made the recommendation is a retired realtor herself who spent many years in the business. She and her husband used Karie to both buy and sell a home. Karie had to deal with much adversity getting our Sarasota home sold. First, Hurricane Milton delayed our listing date by a month and then quickly flipped Sarasota from a sellers' market to a buyers' market. When we finally got an acceptable offer five months later, that family changed their mind. Thanks to Karie's excellent reputation, good staging skills and fantastic photography, shortly thereafter her listing brought us another buyer with the same offer. The offer came with a contingency that took some time to fulfill but Karie helped us through all phases of the transaction. Karie is a very positive person, full of energy and always willing to help. We found Debra a couple years ago at an open house. She’s since done 3 transactions for us! We were new to area and didn’t have a realtor at the time. After speaking with her for a short while it seemed like a good match! Debra is wonderful!! The realtor business is very competitive and I appreciate relationships more than the biggest most sales person in the area. I like a more personable approach and someone that can be easily reached. We are dealing with family illness and Debra is always checking in on us. She really does care. And she knows not just Lakewood Ranch, FL but Tampa to Ft Myers is here specialty. I am not very experienced with Realtors so chose them from a list associated with Dave Ramsay hoping they were a step above. They were respectful of my Mother.’s home and it’s meaning to our family and at the same time gave me good direction, answered my questions and discussed pertinent options. I was sooo depressed over it not selling. She developed a plan to sell my home which had been on the market 6 months. She sold it within a month and half. She never let up. We recently closed on a condo in St. Pete, and Deb was super helpful in all aspects of the process. She immediately called after our first online inquiry to learn what we were looking for and arranged 3 tours. We found our dream place on the first day and purchased it within 30 days, so we were all quite busy. Deb was amazing in quickly obtaining the necessary documents that we needed to make our decision and she had a contract drawn and submitted the next day after our tour. The closing was flawless and we couldn’t be happier! In addition, we really love her personality and have enjoyed a few lunches and happy hours together.
