Rania was such a pleasure to work with recently when we purchased a home in Sarasota. She had a deep understanding of the local market which was important to us coming from out of town. She went above and beyond to make this experience smooth and enjoyable. She was prompt and very clear with communications, and kept us well informed every step of the way. We were consistently impressed with her dedication, expertise, and her friendly approach. She is a true gem to work with! We highly recommend Rania to any prospective seller or buyer!

Erica was with us every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure our closing went smoothly. She is very professional and dedicated to her clients. She is a full time realtor who is well versed in her profession. She gives great advise and tells you what you need to know, not what you just want to hear. I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I recently worked with Mike Martino, “realtor extraordinaire,” on the preparation and sale of our Siesta Key home. The house had been our sole residence for 16 years, and it was full of items that reflected the many memories collected during our lives. Mike coached us on all things necessary to sell our house, and his team of reliable contractors helped with packing, cleaning, painting, and landscaping. Although we were in a buyer’s market, our house was under contract within the first week. Thank you, Mike, for your infinite patience!

Celine is amazing! She truly went above and beyond in our search for our forever home. Her knowledge in the market, communication and professionalism exceeded our expectations! There was no way we could have gotten through this without her! She fought for us every step of the way and kept us in the loop at every stage of the home buying process. We will forever be grateful! Moving from Buffalo to Florida is difficult enough, but her support made it nearly flawless!

We are very thankful for the successful effort put in by our realtor Erica Smentowski to help us sell our hurricane damaged Longboat Key, Fl home. She went way beyond any expectations. Erica helped us get cleaning services and was willing to show the property when it did not have power or air conditionings at to show the property. She was very active and we appreciate her communications to keeping us encouraged and aware of any and all progress. Erica's expertise and dedication made the process seamless. We highly recommend her to anyone looking a reliable and trustworthy agent.

Karie came to us highly recommended by our best friends in Sarasota. The woman who made the recommendation is a retired realtor herself who spent many years in the business. She and her husband used Karie to both buy and sell a home. Karie had to deal with much adversity getting our Sarasota home sold. First, Hurricane Milton delayed our listing date by a month and then quickly flipped Sarasota from a sellers' market to a buyers' market. When we finally got an acceptable offer five months later, that family changed their mind. Thanks to Karie's excellent reputation, good staging skills and fantastic photography, shortly thereafter her listing brought us another buyer with the same offer. The offer came with a contingency that took some time to fulfill but Karie helped us through all phases of the transaction. Karie is a very positive person, full of energy and always willing to help. We are grateful to her! You will never regret using her skills and nearly 20 years of realtor experience.

In order to assist me, Rania first wanted to know what my needs/wants were. From that point her extensive knowledge allowed me to focus on those properties meeting my criteria. After my decision, all of the details were handled quickly and professionally. A real pleasure to have been guided and represented by her.

We found Debra a couple years ago at an open house. She’s since done 3 transactions for us! We were new to area and didn’t have a realtor at the time. After speaking with her for a short while it seemed like a good match! Debra is wonderful!! The realtor business is very competitive and I appreciate relationships more than the biggest most sales person in the area. I like a more personable approach and someone that can be easily reached. We are dealing with family illness and Debra is always checking in on us. She really does care. And she knows not just Lakewood Ranch, FL but Tampa to Ft Myers is here specialty. I think she’s the best and we really appreciate her and everything she’s done for us. You won’t be disappointed working with Debra. I’ll guarantee it!
