We recently closed on a condo in St. Pete, and Deb was super helpful in all aspects of the process. She immediately called after our first online inquiry to learn what we were looking for and arranged 3 tours. We found our dream place on the first day and purchased it within 30 days, so we were all quite busy. Deb was amazing in quickly obtaining the necessary documents that we needed to make our decision and she had a contract drawn and submitted the next day after our tour. The closing was flawless and we couldn’t be happier! In addition, we really love her personality and have enjoyed a few lunches and happy hours together.
