Working with Iris and Andrew was a complete pleasure. They brought insight, expertise and professionalism to our home buying experience. Upon our initial consultation, we collectively drew up a plan for what would be our perfect home. They both seemed very aware of the area as a whole and specific communities within those areas. Immediately, Iris and Andrew went to work. It did not take long before they presented to us the home that we ultimately purchased. Not only did they negotiate a great deal in our behalf, but they introduced us to a very knowledgable Real Estate attorney. We felt like Iris and Andrew always had our best interests at heart. They stayed in touch throughout the entire process offering invaluable advise and guidance. As if all that wasn't enough....as the moving truck was pulling away, a small van pulled up and delivered to us a house warming gift. It was sent by Iris and Andrew!! Andrew and his partner, Iris, were communicative, professional and personable. I am not very experienced with Realtors so chose them from a list associated with Dave Ramsay hoping they were a step above. They were respectful of my Mother.’s home and it’s meaning to our family and at the same time gave me good direction, answered my questions and discussed pertinent options. I dreaded having to sell the house, deal with Realtors- always such an unknown and then you are stuck for those contract months They kept their word about expanded marketing of the home and it sold within about 60 days for a fair offer in line with the market that included an uncomplicated close. She called me at 8:00 am one morning asking about my property which had gone off the market. She ask if she could show me how she could market and sell my home. I was sooo depressed over it not selling. She developed a plan to sell my home which had been on the market 6 months. She sold it within a month and half. She never let up. I like the way she worked with other agents . Honest and hard working, enthusiastic, confident and very smart is Kacey. Very professional and appropriate in all she did. We recently closed on a condo in St. Pete, and Deb was super helpful in all aspects of the process. She immediately called after our first online inquiry to learn what we were looking for and arranged 3 tours. We found our dream place on the first day and purchased it within 30 days, so we were all quite busy. Deb was amazing in quickly obtaining the necessary documents that we needed to make our decision and she had a contract drawn and submitted the next day after our tour. The closing was flawless and we couldn’t be happier! In addition, we really love her personality and have enjoyed a few lunches and happy hours together.
