My experience working with Karie was exceptional. I was in a very difficult situation as I had way overpaid for my home in 2022 and needed to get as much as I could back out of it. I did not want to rent it out and wait for a market rebound in that neighborhood as that is a difficult task to say the least. Karie was constantly available to answer questions. I started my homebuying journey prior to Covid with Karie. She was kind, patient, and did wonderful holding my hand through my first home buying experience. Unfortunately, when the pandemic got put on hold, so did my plans. I had anxiety calling her to tell her I needed to delay the house and that all her time and effort up to this point would not come to fruition. None of my concerns were needed because she was understanding and kind. We started the process again in 2022 and despite my picky attitude and constantly turning down the houses we saw, she kept a smile on her face.
