I cannot say enough about Deb. I moved to Florida with my daughter for her work. I lived in a few rental homes before deciding to buy a home. I met Deb because out of many realtors I had called, she was the only one who checked back in with me and didn’t blow my phone up. We started having lunch and discussing my issues standing in the way with my home buying. We decided it was time to go for it and see what happened (a year later). I live in Illinois but my sister lived in Florida and was in bad health. Within three weeks of my sister passed and her house was nearing foreclosure I contacted Andy who agreed to meet me and assessed the property but was also advised he worked with a company that would clean out the house and would set it up to sell upon my sister's passing. Three weeks after my meeting with Andy my sister passed. I reached out to Andy who within the same week did everything needed and had the house listed. The house quickly sold but there was a situation after the house closed that threatened to become a serious issue for me; Andy stepped in and handled the situation so I would not have to deal with more than I already had. Between handling the death of my sister and all her financial, medical, etc. and medical situation with my son. Andy understood what the stress had and was doing to me, he went above and beyond and ultimately made me feel as if he was more of a friend and not just a Realtor.
