Rania Dargham

Rania’s guidance, knowledge, dedication and patience were superb throughout the process. She asked the right questions identified what we really need in terms of lifestyle, location and price. Kept us updated constantly and answered our questions promptly. Can’t say enough of Rania. Highly recommend her to anyone buying or relocating to Florida.

Rania knew the market well, did her homework for me to minimize time spent searching for my place, was very well prepared, friendly, and supportive. Her follow-up and communication was also outstanding for my situation. I would highly recommend Rania to anyone looking for realtor assistance!

Working with Rania was an absolute pleasure from the first phone call to the closing date! If you had any questions, she was there to answer them or to find the answer. Her quick response and knowledge made this as smooth as possible. She never left us with un-answered questions for long. She was always only a call or text away! She definitely exceeded all our expectations with our purchases and will never use anyone else again!

There is no one like Rania. Her attention to detail is like no other. Rania took care of all the details, worked late nights to get everything taken care of, answered all of our questions, and we even closed early. This is our 2nd property purchase with Rania and won’t be our last. She is a true gem. We are truly grateful to continue to work with her. Thank you Rania.

Working with Rania was an absolute pleasure. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always on time. Throughout the entire process, she made everything smooth and stress-free with her patience, honesty, and attention to detail. Rania truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I have been involved in the purchase and sale of dozens of homes over 35 years and Rania is on all accounts, exceptional, and the best I’ve ever worked with. Her attention to details, her pleasant nature, her knowledge of the area, and especially her knowledge of contractors and workers in the area was amazing. I never waited more than five minutes for a response from her no matter what time of the day or night. She is a true professional, and I will use her over and over again in the future! She helped me down select a multimillion dollar home from a list of six. She listens, she executes extremely well, and you never have to tell her the same thing twice. She is definitely looking out for her clients and never puts herself first. I know you might be thinking this is pretty over the top and unbelievable review, but she really is that good!
