We had a fantastic experience working with Rania to sell our home. She was incredibly professional, always on top of every detail, and kept us updated every step of the way. Even when we faced a couple of hiccups with offers, she navigated it all with great communication and dedication. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a reliable and detail-oriented agent!

Celine Charleson was a joy to work with. Considering I was in New York and she was in Florida, the fact that the home was sold in three weeks is nothing short of a miracle! She went over and beyond what one would expect of a realtor and it was greatly appreciated by all of us. I would highly recommend Celine Charleson for any housing need you might have!! Celine is by far the hardest working agent of all time. Celine went way above and beyond to help us buy our dream house in Florida. We were moving from out of state and not able to be in person and Celine took care of everything and then some. She was always available, honest, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. Celine always knew who we needed to speak with and connected us in a timely manner with reputable contractors. I trust everything that Celine does. I am so grateful to know Celine as my friend and now my real estate agent.

Deb is one of the best realtors I've ever had on so many levels. She is professional, knowledgeable, and real. We felt zero pressure from her and only support for whatever decision we wanted to make. When it came to making an offer, she was invested in getting us the best deal possible. She will be right there with you every step of the way, and I will recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced realtor.

We really enjoyed working with Celine to list and sell our property. She worked quickly to come up with supporting numbers for our listing and took the time to discuss and understand what we would consider a favorable outcome and how we could get there. In the end we had offers within a couple of days and ended with a deal shortly after. Throughout the process, Celine kept us in the loop and was available for questions up to and through close. We really appreciate everything she did to help us reach our goal. Thanks again, Celine! We’ll be calling you next time, for sure!

Mike was recommended from a co-worker and we took a chance. It was a great experience from his communication to the hours he put in for us. Moving from out of state we had a lot to learn here in Florida. Mike was great at explaining all the nuances vs our old state. He did a great job with us helping to find a lawyer and loan as well. We really wish he was able to be our realtor in NC but 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. 100% would use Mike for every real estate transaction.

We couldn’t ask for a better agent. Coming from out of state Celine was always available to help us. Always going out of her way. She made a stressful move calm and smooth and handled any problems that arose. She was on top of everything. We would highly recommend her to anyone.
