My name is Alexander Buettell, and I proudly serve as the Lead Real Estate Consultant and Realtor with Stofel & Associates Realty in the Tampa Bay Area. Raised in the City of Seminole, my journey took me through college and an enriching career in the United States Navy, where I developed invaluable traits such as leadership, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Throughout my military service, I nurtured a passion for real estate by investing in properties across various locations. This experience fueled my desire to transition into real estate as a full-time career. Upon retiring from the Navy, I honed my skills by working with a mortgage titling company and a builder, gaining insights from both the administrative and construction aspects of the industry. Armed with firsthand experience in buying and selling, I secured my realtor license and joined Stofel & Associates Realty, a thriving brokerage in St. Petersburg, Florida. In my inaugural year, I was honored with awards for both Realtor of the Year and Rookie of the Year, achieving over $9 million in sales volume across 16 transactions from May to December. Since then, I have consistently maintained my status as a top-producing agent at the brokerage, ranking as number one for two consecutive years following my inaugural year. One in a million

From the first contact with Alex and well after the close on our dream home, Alex has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find what I was looking for in a home. I feel like he looked for the small things that would matter over time and provided a lot of insight on home buying in Florida. He was always polite and organized and guided me in each step of the home buying experience. I am so very appreciative of all the time he spent helping me to find the right home. Best Realtor Ever

Alex is without a doubt the most professional, hard working realtor I have ever been around. He was always willing to go the extra mile, suggesting and helping with small home improvements to ensure our house was ready to show and sell in minimum time. His outside the box thinking and innovative ideas about showing the house paid huge dividends. In the first week we had multiple offers at and over asking price. His advice on set up, showing, and through the sale made th process easy and as stress free as possible. He even welded us buy our new home. I highly recommend Alex for all your real estate needs. You will not find a better realtor anywhere!
