I hired Brian to help us with a fix and flip project. He handled everything from A-Z. He helped find me contractors, obtain quotes, comparable insurance agent ETC. He would check in every Monday morning and would ask what I needed from him for the week... We purchased on 5/31/2024 and listed on 6/20/2024 and finally closed on 8/1/2024... Yes, defiantly call and hire his team for your Real Estate Needs!
Brain was a huge resource when buying a property. He builds a relationship with his clients that is trustworthy on a friend level. He gives amazing wisdom during the entire process and is someone who you can call at anytime of the day. He also has amazing experience in real estate and wants the best for his clients. He would often times validate my concerns or feelings during the home buying process and is someone who sticks up for his clients. Very thankful for Brain and the support he still shows after moving in.
