I began the process of interviewing realtors for the recent sale of my home. There were four high-profile real estate agents on my list. Amani Warden from RE/MAX Action First was my second interview. I enlisted her services immediately, cancelled my last two appointments, and felt comfortable and confident I had made the right choice. Through the entire process she never let me down, not once. Amani was personable, responsive, calming, and reassuring as she guided me through the sales process with innate tact and poise, answering my multitude of questions in a thoughtful and detailed manner. From beginning to end Amani exhibited a high level of professionalism, understanding, and knowledge throughout the sales, listing, appraisal, inspection, and closing processes. Bottom line: Amani sold my home for the asking price in less than a week. I can’t endorse her qualifications and knowledge highly enough – she is a superior real estate agent in every way.

Carol and Chris were wonderful to work with through the entire process. Always quick to respond, generous with their time, insightful, professional and friendly. The service didn't stop after the sale closed as they've been helpful post closing as well.

Anthony is the best. We have used his expertise in several real estate deals. He is organized and efficient. He knows exactly what’s needed for the purchase of a property and has everything ready right away. He has excellent communication skills. He keeps you up to date with the progress of your purchase almost on a daily basis. He is always available if you have any questions or any problems come up. He is great at solving problems and comes up with innovative suggestions. He makes suggestions, but always does as you ask. He also has excellent negotiation skills to get you the best price. I highly recommend him.
