Amanda is a gem!

Amanda was so great to work with! From day one to close day, she was responsive, available, communicative, thoughtful, and professional while also being fun! Amanda listened to what was important to me and remembered details. She looked high and low with me- from St Petersburg down to Punta Gorda- no distance was out of her way. She was also patient; we looked at one home 3 times and she was glad to do that. She went above and beyond at every step and I truly appreciated her. I recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a real estate agent!!

I you are buying or selling a property - don’t use any agent other than Amanda

If you’re looking for a real estate agent look no further! Amanda was God sent with selling our Condo & buying our Villa. She went WAY over and beyond to help us through this journey. She is SO organized. She sent us worksheets that walked us through ever single step. Every Sunday night she makes a very comprehensive chart that tracks the interest in your property for sale. She will hold as many open houses as needed and her social media advertising is just spectacular. When buying from Amanda she has endless energy with touring anywhere you want. Along with providing you all the specs and brochures of each property. She even recording it on her phone and sent us everything incase we were too overwhelmed to remember everything. She answered and explained each and every one of our silly questions. We were new to this, and she walked us through each and every step. Also substituting in for us when we could not be there due to being living out of state. Amanda is SO knowledgeable about real estate and the law! The other agents we came up against could not hold a candle to Amanda. My husband and I are SO lucky we found Amanda to sell or condo and find us our dream villa - all within our budget.
