Once we got past the impact COVID had on in-person tours, the property went under contract in a few months. When pre-closing issues arose — including meeting VA loan requirements regarding home inspection items to be corrected and closing out two [old] open permits where both contractors were deceased [!] — this is where Josh “shines”... He stepped in on my behalf and took care of all the “pesky” details from point of signed contract through closing. Thanks, Josh!
