One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to negotiate. Amanda was able to secure a purchase price that was substantially below the asking price while also negotiating additional items to be included in the sale, creating tremendous value for me as the buyer. I faced some significant delays and challenges on the seller’s side, but Amanda fought for me the entire time and consistently came up with solutions. She was always responsive, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every step of the process.
