Although DJ is an expert in the market and a consummate professional, what sets him apart is his ability to listen to his client's needs and concerns and do his best to address them. I had several qualms about putting my house on the market and planning an out-of-state move, but he worked with me to mitigate my stress and inconvenience throughout the process. He's an excellent communicator and responds immediately to his emails and texts. He even helped me provide information to my Virginia realtor at the 11th hour on a Friday night. I would highly recommend him, especially to anyone like me who has some special needs or concerns.
