After working with her myself, I can confidently say they were absolutely right! When I began my home-buying journey, I wasn't planning to purchase until the fall. Life had other plans. I had limited time to look at homes, wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, and had plenty of questions. Jenny spent nearly an hour and a half with me during our first conversation, taking the time to understand my needs, answer my detailed questions, and provide thoughtful guidance. Whenever we scheduled showings, we made the most of our time, often touring 3–6 homes in a single afternoon. Jenny was always patient, knowledgeable, and honest in her feedback. Even though I continued looking at other homes, I kept coming back to that first one that caught my eye. About 45 days later, I was under contract on the very house that started my journey. My closing process took 55 days, and I officially closed on July 21st. Throughout the entire process, Jenny stayed in constant communication, handled issues quickly, coordinated all the moving pieces, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy.
