We were referred to Tina and Carloyn through our mortgage broker, and from our very first conversation, we knew we had found our agents! They're kind, engaging and positive attitude makes you feel and truly believe that you're in good hands. And they're hilarious! So many laughs were had in our discussions! But trust me, their humor can quickly turn to seriousness when it comes to resolving any issues you have. They were on top of everything, IMMEDIATELY, and never did we have to ask or remind, or even worry if our concerns were being addressed. To be blunt, they simply get sh*t done! Even after the process is "over", they are still there to make sure you're happy, and settled, and will not leave your side till you are. Kyle worked hard to get our goal met, my house sold in a trending buyers market. Kyle used an unusual, but wonderful tactic to get attention by making a video while riding his bike with a drone filming him through the neighborhood to highlight what it has to offer. As the sale proceeded, Kyle used his vast knowledge and creativity to make a smooth transition to the ginsl goal was met. Stellar professional.

Angie and Noelle helped our family find our new home! It was a fixer-upper and needed lots of TLC but we love old homes and we love the location. Angie helped us find plumbers, electricians, foundation specialists, etc and met them at the house along with us so we could make sure this was a project we were up for. After deciding to move forward, there were lots of extra hoops to jump through because of all the work needed but Angie helped to keep the process moving (and kept us hopeful).
