Very helpful especially when buying a property that needed remodeling

Lindsey was consistently helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning when searching for homes all the way through to the closing. She understands the process and more importantly she understands the housing market. With her suggestions I was able to position my offer to get the house I wanted even with many other buyers making offers as well. She took care of everything and made the process considerably less stressful for me. Her network of contacts is extensive and will be useful even after closing. Would highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the St Petersburg area.

I know people say it all the time, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND Lindsey enough! I know a number of real estate agents in the area and there is noone else I even considered working with to sell our home. She knows the market and St. Pete Beach like the back of her hand. She truly has her finger on the pulse of all things real estate AND St. Pete Beach. Of course, selling a house is always going to be a stressful process, but Lindsey also had to navigate the added layer of a pending divorce which meant she had to double up on communications, expectations, requirements and everything else that goes into the process of MARKETING and SELLING a home. She consistently responded to any questions or concerns (and mild to moderate panic attacks) in a quick and extremely well informed manner.
