She understands the process and more importantly she understands the housing market. With her suggestions I was able to position my offer to get the house I wanted even with many other buyers making offers as well. My decision to buy happened pretty quickly. Lindsey was very familiar with the areas that I was interested in and a great grasp on pricing and availability. She sent me several listings and, by the night we started looking, we had that list narrowed down to a handful. One of those homes was exactly what I was looking for and we put an offer in on November 5. After a little negotiating, we settled on a contract and closed on the house on December 4.
