I know people say it all the time, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND Lindsey enough! I know a number of real estate agents in the area and there is noone else I even considered working with to sell our home. She knows the market and St. Pete Beach like the back of her hand. She truly has her finger on the pulse of all things real estate AND St. Pete Beach. Of course, selling a house is always going to be a stressful process, but Lindsey also had to navigate the added layer of a pending divorce which meant she had to double up on communications, expectations, requirements and everything else that goes into the process of MARKETING and SELLING a home. My decision to buy happened pretty quickly. Lindsey was very familiar with the areas that I was interested in and a great grasp on pricing and availability. She sent me several listings and, by the night we started looking, we had that list narrowed down to a handful. One of those homes was exactly what I was looking for and we put an offer in on November 5. After a little negotiating, we settled on a contract and closed on the house on December 4. You can’t work through the process that quickly if you don’t have a real estate agent who is on top of everything.
