The inch of water I received in my home earned a 29% "damaged" rating from the inspectors. At the age of 78, I decided I did not want to go through the rebuilding process as I would need flooring to replace my rugs, all new furniture, doors, a total redo of my lawn and pool as well as replacing my back porch which was ripped off by Hurricane Milton. I retained Lindsey Van Deilen to sell the home "as is". She suggested changes in how the home was presented and staged as I lost over half my furniture. She counseled me on the asking price since the home had lost quite a bit of value. There were quite a few "flippers" interested in the property making very low offers. Eventually, the home sold at a reasonable price and Mrs. Van Deilen was there to guide me through the sales process. I found her dedication to closing this deal admirable and her willingness to work very hard as well as answer the many questions that I, a non-real estate guy had. Her focus was on the reality of my property's condition and its plusses which helped me get the best deal for myself. I doubt you'll find an agent that will out work her with her spot-on advice and explanations easing the path to a successful sale.

LVD is astute, asks the right questions and unerringly answered mine. She knows her sales strategies as well as listening to my concerns. She carefully listened to what I was looking for in a hew home and presented me with a number of lovely homes. With her help I located the house that was near perfect for me. LVD knows her paperwork inside-out, which is essential in real estate transactions. In short, I recommend this agent without any qualms.
