I would highly recommend Kyle. After a couple of less than ideal experiences with FL agents and real estate transactions, I found Kyle after doing my own online search of reviews and other info. I sent him an email and got a call back minutes later. It was clear why Kyle has so many great reviews. He listens, is extremely knowledgeable (like down to every square inch of st Pete) and responsive. All great qualities in an agent. Being new to the area I relied on Kyle to help me nail down where to buy and what watch out for. I couldn’t have been more impressed by all he knew and how he quickly understood what I was looking for better than I could articulate. Kyle also knows all the good local agents which helps. We found a great home at a good price in old northeast and I just moved in. Couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase or choice of agent who is like an old friend at this point.
