This is my second time working with Mr Christopher and the second time he has done a wonderful job helping me find the perfect property. I decided to downsize to a one bedroom condo while renting out my first property and he helped me very much every step of the way!

Christopher was called up AGAIN to assist with finding a condo for my son. Time Christopher spends finding the exact needs and showing at all the odd hours of the day has been very appreciative. Christopher always goes above and beyond as an agent. Always showing up with a smile. Once again he has successfully found a perfect home. If you want an agent with professionalism and personable I highly recommend him as realtor.

John has helped us locate and purchase two vacation homes in the Tampa Bay area. He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He has his pulse on the real estate market, and I used him as a trusted advisor when we entered negotiations to purchase. I have no doubt he got us the best deal that could have been had.

We have worked with John twice in our search for a vacation home in Florida. We have found him to be extremely responsive, and his knowledge of the real estate market is very deep. He is a very good negotiator, and I have no doubt he has saved me money during those critical negotiations when making offers. If I have future needs in the local market, John would be the first person I would call. He is a very trusted advisor, and I appreciate his efforts on our behalf.
