Darlene had all the contacts to quickly and efficiently resolve issues that popped up during the sale of a family house. Darlene shlepped me around Pinellas County from St. Pete to Dunedin for weeks until I found my perfect home. When I wanted to see a home, she contacted the seller's agent for complete recon and scheduled showings. And, during the showings, she would help me visualize each room. That was a great help in determining if it was a good space for me. When I found my home, she managed the title company, the inspections, transferring the seller's insurance, and provided contacts for any services I may need. She reminded me when it was time to turn on utilities and provided their contact information. I have known Darlene personally and professionally for 20 years. She has helped me buy and sell properties all across the county. I would never trust this process with anyone else.
