There is no comparison and no one better!

I feel very lucky having had such an amazing experience working with Chandler! He is very relaxed, empathetic, and professional and was a great advocate for my needs. I was an out-of-state buyer and could completely trust Chandler as my agent. Chandler talked me through the entire home buying process several times - a testament to his patience! He guided the process of bidding on a house in an insane seller's market, making sure that it was accommodating and fair to me, but competitive and attractive to the seller. Not to mention his expertise of Tampa and the Heights areas - he even helped by connecting the seller to some of his contacts to ensure we closed on time (as well as connecting me to some of my contacts too!)
