Adam went above and beyond what could normally be expected. I live in a different city and Adam did the initial review of the property and took a video to allow me to have a remote walk through. He did the final walk through prior to the closing and expedited all of the paperwork. He returned all calls, emails and texts promptly and kept me in the loop. This was my third transaction with Adam and I will definitely let him assist me again when the time comes.

When it was time to sell our home we enlisted help help with the A Team. Adam came over and toured our home, explained what we needed to do to prep the home for marketplace, thoroughly explained the process and helped us to establish a selling price to attract the best buyer. We went to market and he swiftly found us a qualified buyer and then followed up throughout the entire sale cycle. He was incredible to work with. Adam is very thorough, patient and full of wisdom. I recommend when it is time to sell, list with the A Team- they get it done!
